System Introduction
Linker Intelligent Queuing Management System (IQMS) applies science management function of computer technology to replace traditional labor-intensive queuing processes. When customers handle business in service organizations, it can primely solve various phenomena including queuing, over-crowded and chaos and bring great convenience and pleasant to them. Linker IQMS is primly developed for such industries as banking, hospital, telecommunication, post office, police force, customs & excise department, airline, industrial and commercial bureau, tax department and vehicle management etc. This system can automatically conduct classification management on multi-windows, different service types and random customers flow and orderly call customers to relevant windows to handle business to realize automatic matching services between the staff and customers and make customers can fully and freely utilize the queuing time, living up to be equal, reasonable and fair and well-organized.

System Introduction
Linker IQMS has such basic functions as ticket printing, queuing, ticket display / ticket announcing, transferring, booking, inserting and exceptional case handling; meanwhile, inquiry and statistics analysis of customers flow, portfolio, distribution, waiting time and workload and efficiency of each window will calculated and recorded for future use.
Linker IQMS consists of main controller, thermal printer, display panel, voice controller, speaker, operational terminal and connection box etc. In order to realize normal connection and data exchange among all the equipments, this system adopts bus connection with RS-485 as communications mode. This system limits 255 equipments to the maximum. With RS-485 as bus communication, this system applies central power supply to provide power supply for all service terminals, which is very convenient to install and maintain.

Function
Real multi-types service: offer grouping with 16 kinds of business type and 255 counter terminals at the same time.
· Diversified work mode: the system can equip several main controllers to work meanwhile with two work modes including double-machine thermal backup and load sharing.
· Convenient booking service: customers can book service and serving time with the staff by telephone or other methods. When the booking time is up, the system serves on time.
· Call any time: call any number for urgent or special cases.
· Inserting: inserting is provided for VIP or special instance in the special service window.
· Transfer among task queues: transfer is provided among queues, customers can hold one ticket to handle different businesses.
· Strong statistics management: the system can conduct statistics on some valuable information including customers'waiting time and customers flow etc. and the staff's operational data.
· Ticket information: ticket offers such information as business type, order number, waiting time and waiting area etc. as well as handling clues. Holiday words and special contents can be amended by the management computer.
· Visual and audio remind: there are two kinds including dynamic display and voice call to remind customers. Display screen can display different call information.
· Prevent picking up several tickets: touch screen system can prevent picking up several tickets, namely, prevent repetitively getting many tickets to give others. |
